First of all, since so many method threads have been popping up lately, I decided to create one for Triangular Francisco, or TriFran for short.

If you would like to learn the method, this site offers a nice description of it: TF Description

Also another resource if you decide to use CSO, this also has ESO algs where two edges are unsolved

Triangular Francisco Guide/Algorithms

Also, a video to show how fast this method can be:

Let the discussion begin!

Also, ESO Algs that preserve CO are in the guide.

Variations:

3 Keyhole edges, F2L pair, Winter Variation, Edge Slot Orient

X-Triangle

(solve 2 edges, then 3 F2L pairs instead of 3 corners)

or

solve 2x2 block and adjacent 2 corners

I'm very aware. Steve Cho just uses it for fun and he got that average, but he doesn't use the method seriously.

I can't speak for others, but I know this method sucks.

EDIT: Ok, it doesn't suck, but it just doesn't compare to Big 4. It's a mid-tier method.

I've been toying around with the idea of solving 3 edges, pairing up an F2L pair, and then WV to skip all the CSO nonsense.

The problem is, I have to generate ESO algs that preserve CO.

I'll post my findings in the OP.
