To people with New Tiled 4x4's from C4Y...

Has anyone had problems with the corners? Specifically the triangle breaking off from the cubie?

strange thing; a couple days ago, i was at my friend's house, he was in the middle of a solve, when the cubie broke off of the triangle! i pried off the tiles from the ruined corner for him so he could glue it onto one of his pieces from his broken storebought 4x4. then i suggested he could make a 1x1 out of the snapped off corner.

what are the odds?

both my DX 4x4 (tiled) had that problem. The 2nd cube was a free replacement actually so I can simply take the corner piece from the first cube...

The thing is both corner pieces that broke just happen to be the same corner (as in same colours) so it's a bit of a hassle to swap the tiles

I had a stickered one and the corner broke in the way that you described. My Mefferts 4x4, however, is working fine and I've had it for the same amount of time as the other one.
