hey ive seen somke posts like this one but without video so i think its easier to help with a videoso you guys can see what i need to work on more, so my solves were 24, 22 and 25 secs , i use mtronome to get better at f2l and slow solves, my f2l averga is like 11-12 secs and im tryna get sub 10 on f2l haha, im learning oll because i have enough time to learn it, and ive gotten many sub 20 singles my pb is 14.90 with a pll skip and ive gootten 17-19 secs solves but non lucky ones only 18-19 secs.im color neutral and i try to look ahead but think i still pause i bit haha but working on it.:) so here´s mi video with 3 solves https://youtu.be/4rBaEnL-wA4

I see that you need to work more on your fingertricks. You need to know more ways to make an F2L pair especially the hard cases. Your look-ahead is almost there for sub-20 but try not to focus on only one thing make that one thing (e.g. F2L pairs) be automatic once you see it so you can look for the next pair. Do you use 2-look OLL and PLL? If so, the next thing to learn is 1 look PLL that's the "minimum" for sub-20. Then, also you need to recognize OLL and PLL more quickly.

Practice
e; other than that, try to work on your recognition for last layer. I think your fingertricks are fine. One way you could work on LL recognition is, like I said, practice, or you could scramble the LSLL, and do a lot of those solves, until youre comfortable with the algs. Also, full OLL. Good job on being CN, though. That'll help a lot in the long run. Also, dont get frustrated after bad times. I know it sucks, and sometimes I want to pull my hair out, but just relax. After all, we are just solving a puzzle.

You may want to turn slower throughout the solve to eliminate pauses from F2L and to make it easier to recognize the LL cases.

If you want to use a metronome you can find a speed that you can turn at with few pauses, and set goals for yourself to increase the speed of the metronome by x beats every y days. You can find the right increment and time period to keep increasing the speed, while making sure that you have few pauses. If you start having a lot of pauses, you should spend longer time at each increment.

If you don't use a metronome, you can just play around with the cube and find a speed that you are comfortable with that will not cause many pauses, and just do practice solves. I tried using a metronome before, but it never really helped me. I also tried turning slowly with little pauses, but one day it finally clicked how to do this and I got a sub 20 average of 100.

I'm not the best person for advice, so anyone feel free to correct me if I said something that was unnecessary. :)

thanks for replying, i will work on that, i will check most of joseph skyler´s videos (fingertricks, and LL recongnition) to start working on that, i already know full pll and im just missing like 25 oll algs haha, and ill learn my f2l cases from more angles ;)

haha dont worry sometimes i mix letters because i type very fast and i dont really notice that untill i read t again when its already posted haha

Look ahead is good, but I do think increasing tps even slightly will help ur f2l. I also think you should still your lls more as you had paused a bit to recognize. Don't worry if your lookahed gets slightly worse when you begin to turn faster, it should come back.

haha yeah im working on it since i posted this ive seen a great improvement, now i get more sub 20 secs simples haha but ill try to get faster in my f2l probably to get it to 8 secs on average (f2l only) ;)
