Over the last two to three weeks my times dropped from 20 to 17. For the last 3 days I can't manage to get an average of anything better then 19-20. I feel this is a problem for many cubers. What should I do and why is this happening. Will it last

This happened to me today. I did the Race to sub-20 and got 22.xy or whatever and then later in the day, i did an average of 12 and got like 24 seconds or something. my lookahead was horrible and my tps was bad too so i just stopped since i know that when I am comfortable I can get it back down to low 20's.

My one handed times went up like 5 seconds :(
Hope that being calm will help me.

This happens to me a lot. Unless I'm calm, my average will go between 2-5 seconds more than it should be.

It isn't anything to worry about. Your times will return to normal after a short period of time. If you get frustrated or be hard on yourself, your times will get even worse. So just relax and practice, and you should be good.

Stress could definitely be a factor, but this is still happening to me the last couple days and I am the opposite of stressed (practically no homework the last couple weeks of school, and finals never require worrying or studying).
This just seems to be a regular thing that happens to everybody at some points, and it will definitely go away if you don't worry about it. If you do worry about it and get too frustrated, you won't get back to where you were because you won't be able to lookahead as well through your frustration.
