For the first cross could you not have done: L F u' F B'? Or regripped on the last 2 turns and done R' L? I think that would have been faster. Great video by the way. Very informative.

Thanks! and yea that probably would be faster. I'm usually content with doing a misoriented edge last because I know how fast it can be done.
