I'm a speedcuber from Italy, i'm use the CFOP but are on average 35 with a PB of 19.85 (LL skip), also solve the 2x2 with a PB single of 2.61 (LL skip) and average of 4.80 I'm solve also 4x4 in 3:00 of average with a PB single of 2:29.
