If you're at the second block and have this case:
Setup R' U R M U2 R' U' R U' M2 U2
I'd do U' R' U' R U' R' U2 F R F' R
If the FR block is unsolved I'd do:
Setup R2 U R U' M r U' R2 U r'
I'd solve (r M') U (R2 M) U R.
If I understood you wrong, please show an example in text and PM me.
