I average like 18-22 and my friend averages like 20-22 sec. Currently I'm out of town an when i come back he said he is gonna blow me out:fp. (hes learning full oll and pratices like CRAZYY (4 hours)) So im trying to pratice but i dont wont to pratice tooo much though..So how long do you think I should pratice? Also when i praticed I want to improve also, during sessions. If you have improved alot tell me what you did also please.

ouch. was hoping you were on vacation or something. idk man, whatever feels comfortable, unless your friend has been improving steadily lately i wouldn't worry.

Oh, something similar happened to me.

Before winter break at my high school, i was the slowest cuber, averaging 40s. After winter break, i was averaging 20s and was the fastest cuber.

All you need is fervor, and determination. Also, make a bet, it will motivate you further.

Well, you could do a "more solves than posts" marathon in an hour (instead of 60 hours like me)

But you shouldn't expect to become faster during practising, especially not when you are learning new things at the same time. Learning new things make your times go up untill they become fully automatic

Find out when your best practise times are (morning, afternoon, evening, night) and how many you need to do before you get "into the zone" (minimum) or "bored" (maximum)
