The best 4x4 method???

Hi everyone. I currently use the Yao method for 4x4 and average about 40 to 50 seconds. I want to improve, but I can't seem to get faster. What method do you use and recommend?

Yau is better but i use reduction because i am extremely slow on centers when i make the edges. I average 1:30 using Yau and 1:10 using Redux.

Yao is very good method better then rodoction.

yau is much better than redux. i average 1 flat with yau and like 1:15 with redux.

Yau is the best 4x4 method. Redux isn’t viable until the bigger cubes. Hoya is nice for Roux mains but definitely isn’t better than Yau

I know Yau but I find my times considerable better using Hoya, I average around 56. I'm sure with some practice I would get good with Yau, but it is more restrictive overall, and if you have bad lookahead imo Hoya is better, if your lookahead is good, Yau is probably for you.

Don't listen to this guy, he's having internal (possibly spiritual) conflict going on between yau and hoya...

jkjkjk, totally take this advice. only thing I might add is that yau being restrictive is not necessarily a bad thing as it keeps you focused, and you can have pretty good lookahead.

I would love to say Hoya but it isn't very viable for 4x4, definitely Yau.
