The 1x1 is a very complex puzzle. It only has 1 possible combination. The first step is to solve the centers. Then, you must solve it like a 3x3. And there is also parity.
Non-cubers may say the 1x1 is easy, but you need a high IQ to solve it. To solve the centers you need to find the white face and do this algorithm (with white on the right side)
R U R' U'. Then repeat with all the other colors. Then, you should know how to solve the 3x3. If you dont, then go learn because if you dont know how to solve the 3x3, then you wont figure out how to solve this. After you solve like a 3x3, you have parity. Apply this algorithm to solve the cube with parity: R2 U2 x F2 L2 U2 y R' U' L U F B' U' R2 y' U2 R2 x. Your 1x1 should be solved now! Practice and practice and practice then you'll be very fast with a sub-1 minute average. This is the fastest 1x1 method out there, and its called the Itemere Method. The person who made it is Thomas Itemere. And heres a challenge with your 1x1: Try to get a sub-10 solve! Well thats stuff about the 1x1. Good bye, and happy 1x1 speedsolving!
