Nobody is being an "arse".

It's a silly request, and you know it. He can very easily not come to this webpage if it's a problem, he is more than capable of exercising some self control rather than asking to be banned because he's often on a site.

I'm not rude to people on this forum, and I am happy to explain things to people that have problems and I'm the first to jump on people for being a jerk for no reason.
