Team BLD event question.

If TeamBLD was a event in competitions what would the rules be?

1) up to 3 pre moves

2) one competitor must have a blindfold on while the other calls.

3) both competitors can inspect before starting the solve.

4) 15 second inspection

5) If a pop occurs, the caller tells the blinfolded person how to disassemble/ reassemble the cube (executer can NOT take off blindfold)

Problem: there has to be a sheet of paper between the solver and the cube, but then the caller can't see.

What's that supposed to mean? I don't mean to offend your choice of rules, but a big issue is that it's not as simple as just listing some reasonable rules.
