Swapping diagonal corners?

I've been working on improving my time using the Petrus method (http://www.lar5.com/cube). On the step where you fix the corners, if the corners are diagonal, the guide says to use the swapping algorithm twice. What is the algorithm with the fewest moves to swap diagonal corners?

You're looking for the Eve: L'U2RU'LUR'UL'UL

Also, please call it "Niklas," not something like "the swapping algorithm."

EDIT: Actually, I should clarify, the Eve is L'U2RU'LUR'L'U2L. I just don't like doing R'L'.

And just for simplicity: swapping all corners diagonally can be done with just a U2.

If you do an H-Perm after that U2 you "fix" the edges. I guess that can optimally be done in 11 moves (might be 10)
