I almost always use ring finger for R' and U and i was in World Championship final. But I haven't improved in over 6 months.

how do you do R' with right ring finger? O.o

I do it placing my right index on the BUR sticker and pushing forward

R' with ring finger seems possible but a little slow.
U with ring finger seems impossible unless you do a z-rotation first.

I use my ring finger for R'. I put my ring finger on the DBR sticker and push up. But I'm not too hot at OH (I average high 30's), so meh.

For U with ring finger I rotate my hand a bit, not the cube.
