Hullo!

Well, for some weeks I've been thinking of starting an online cubing store, since not only I've already sold about 50 cubes to some friends in the last month and there's just one '''''''cubing''''''' (sarcasm implied, about $20 for a Guhong) store in Spain, but there are many new speedcubers in Spain and they are not buying online as much as they want because of the shipment fees and taxes, which tend to be expensive when buying from stores outside the country.

Anyway, I have no idea where to begin. For example, where should I get the cubes for the store?
Is there any kind of legal procedure I must do first?
Should I make a big investment to begin, or should I start slowly?

If someone could give a me a hand with the arrangements (just info) I will appreciate it very much.

Thanks =]

I haven't done it, but I did used to have my own business in the uk. Starting a company is relatively simple, if you go to your countries main tax website there is probably a section on starting a business (the term over here is a Sole Trader).
I'd imagine you could buy from companies directly, but I wonder if it would be nice and easy just to buy in bulk from lightake - I'm sure you can buy wholesale from them.
I wouldn't spend too much on your initial stock, I'd start small, just buying the things you know people are going to want... like for 3x3's it's probably better to buy a few Guhongs, than gans cubes. And the smaller the interest in the cubes, the less you should buy, like don't buy tons of mirror cubes or 2x2x3's or crazy things like that.
Good luck.

Thanks for your answer Godmill.
I thought about getting the usual speedcubes and some alternative options, but what's the usual way for stores to get their cubes? Do they buy from lightake or get them directly from the factories?

I'm looking into the procedure to start everything and it seems like I just need to declare some part of my home as ''fiscal home'' and then fill some papers. Nothing hard.
