Starting 2x2

Hello.
First of all,please remove or move this topic if it's in the wrong place or something like that.
Secondly,i want to learn 2x2,just got my lanlan cube,i wonder what method should i start with,what methods are there.etc.
For the moment,i'm starting ortega method,but i also found CLL,which as far i i know,is quiet faster and not so hard,i wonder if its like that and if there some kinda tutorials over this site...
also i wonder what is EG-1 and EG-2,they're some part of this method but if CLL solves why woudl you need to add more algs or whatever...

Learn Ortega it has 11 algs and you can get fast with it don't learn CLL straight away

I think you should start with Ortega first, don't rush CLL. I think you could sub-5 with Ortega with practice. lol idont know ask others

i will,just for now i think i'll stay with lanlan,just to learn and what's and how's.then i'll probably get wittwo,i heard good stuff about it.

It seriously depends on the person. People usually stop using ortega around sub-5 though.
CLL is faster, but has more algs and is a little more difficult in general. Use ortega and get to know the cube well, and you will have an easier time.
Just my opinion, though I'm not very fast.

EG-1 is like CLL but for a layer that's solved with two adjacent corners swapped. It is arguably more useful than CLL.
EG-2 is like CLL but for a layer that's solved with two diagonal corners swapped. It is arguably less useful than CLL.

If you know CLL, EG-1 and EG-2, you know full EG and you can solve the 2x2 in one alg after any face is solved.

EG-1 and EG-2 are only used when you can see what EG-1 or EG-2 case you're going to get (This is called 1 look solving and most of the top 2x2ers do this).

I am from Slovenia(central Europe) and i call seller already but he dont know which version is.The price is very very good, to good.It seems on the picture is lanlan and price more correspond lanlan.If you look other product on this side you can see the other product are more expensive as elsewhere.
