I only average mid 30s at square one, but hopefully I can be of some help.
I highly recommend David Woner's advanced cube shape tutorial to get faster at cubeshape. It's just a lot of practice to start recognizing cases. Then, I used http://www.cubezone.be/square1.html for the rest of the steps. Step 2 (getting corners in the correct layer) should be really easy and fast. For step 3 (getting edges in the right layer), I only learned the first 3 cases on the website. I would recommend learning all of the algs for step 4 (corner permutation). Step 5 is tricky. I'd watch this video for the parity case. The only alg I use other than that is (UR UF) (DL DF): (1,0) / (0,3) / (-1,-1) / (1,-2) / (-1,0). The worst case will make you use that 4 times plus parity. Overall, it's pretty efficient. If you want to get faster, I'd learn more easy cases for this step. Hopefully that helped a little bit.
