Square-1 is not a cube

When Square-1 is solved it is in "cube shape". But it is not a cube!

I'm sure about this but how?

It's a quiz, I know the answer but can you find it?

Mine measures about 5.35cm x 5.35cm x 5.45cm when solved. Not a cube.

So do rhombohedrons. Those aren't always cubes.

Lucas gave you the answer.

Look at the cut, it's diagonal and therefore longer than the side of the cube, eh, puzzle! If you do a R or a R' you will see that the cube, eh, thing is of the same height as the length of the diagonal cut = not a cube.
