I've got pretty average at 3x3 now (with a sub 18 Ao1000 and a PB of 10s (plus another 10 second solve which I just missed because I missed the last slice move of my U perm )
However I want to try and get faster at some of the other NxN events - I have a 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, and a 7x7, but I will say that I am pretty horriffic on all of them.
Best times and my averages for the events.
4x4 - best time: 54.34 - Ao688 (how many solves I've timed) - 1:25.90
5x5 - best time: 2:53.59 - Ao57 (how many solves I've timed) - 3:55.12
6x6 - best time: 4:19.20 - Ao34 (how many solves I've timed) - 5:55.89
7x7 - best time: 7:38.73 - Ao10 (how many solves I've timed) - 8:22.88

My first targets are going to be to average around my PB times:
4x4 - Sub 55
5x5 - Sub 3 minutes
6x6 - Sub 5 minutes
7x7 - Sub 7 minutes

Any tips and tricks would be appreciated. (oh, and I also solve using the Yau method)

Also I might just say I probably won't be able to post everyday and do loads of solves as am revising for GCSE's

Ok, just done about 20 5x5 solves and they had an average of sub 3 minutes, so turns out that I have clearly got better since the last time I solved one!
(probably because I've been solving more 6x6 and 7x7)
I got a new PB of 2:34.07 and my best Ao12 was 2:49.43, so well below 3 mins.
Guess my new 5x5 target is now sub 2:30
