Yes. If the scramble was, say, R F, and you invert it so it becomes F’ R’, a solution to the inverted scramble is R F. To obtain a solution to the uninverted scramble you just invert your solution to the inverted scramble, which would be F’ R’. This clearly solves the uninverted scramble.
