Speedsolving Failure Thread

I am dearly sorry if there is another thread like this, but I could not find one...this is for really good solves that are POPs and some other stuff I guess...like messing up a step (wrong PLL/OLL or 5 F2L slots) xD

I'll start:

I was in the middle of a pretty fast solve (for me) it was 11 seconds and I was going slow for look ahead...and BOOM! (A piece also hit me in the eye >.<)
