Speed Stack...

I just got a speed stack from C4Y today and ran down to Target and got the battery for it... CR2032... Run back and put it in and turn it on. I say "YaY" and run and find a rubik's cube. I go to try and start it but nothing happens... It will come on and has 0.00 on the screen but it does Nothing. I'm pretty sure this isn't a complex device to work but am I really doing something wrong? Or did I just get a bad one
