Pretty good! I'd just say to look ahead more effectively, really. You could consider adding double-triggers into your arsenal of fingertricks (both for U2/U2' but also for M2').

look ahead a bit on your F2L ... your OLL was decent. For your PLL do some PLL time attacks.. it'll help. You need to practice more for now. That's about it.. and yes double triggers would be very good to use.

When you do a U2, use your index finger to turn it a quarter turn, then use your middle finger to do another quarter turn.

You're wristing and rotating the cube too much. Use fingertricks and minimize rotations.

Also, you could have executed the PLL faster by executing U2 with two fingers (the index finger and the middle finger, one after the other) instead of one (only the index finger).
