what do you think works better for getting your cubes going faster, spraying all pieces, or just popping out an edge and spraying in a couple of spots?

I'm pretty sure spraying all pieces and waiting for them to dry will be the most effective way to lubircate your cube.

Yeah, dry them overnight. I tend to ruin my stickers if I'm impatient. The silicon will get to your fingers (very annoying) and when you touch your stickers, it will destroy the stickiness.

Also, taking it apart is best. Thus, you get an uniform (not sure if it's the right word) smoothness. The take out piece and spray is much quicker and less hassle, but the silicon will not spread evenly, thus some layers turn easier.

Rubik's 3x3x3:
- Tight
- Sprayed with H4000
- Allowed me to achieve my PB so far of 51 seconds
- I can barely turn one side with one finger pressing gently on it.

Magic Cube 3x3x3:
- Loose
- Jams
- I can make a side do a full rotation with a gentle tap with one finger.

...I'm contemplating using the old Magic Cube as a OH Cube :-/

Okay, thanks but I have two more questions. Whill I ruin my tiles if i spray it?

Should it be safe to spray again, and not ruin my cube (gunk it up), if the last time I lubricated it was like a month ago?

This guy says the spray in the begining, the one i have, is bad?
Do you think it is?

I've sprayed my DIY after assembling it while Textured Tiles were on it (from cubesmith.com)

I turned the cubies so that I could spray on the top and bottom of each layer and then turned it so that it was in the form of a cube again.

The tiles don't appear damaged o.O

Do you think the silicone in the link above in the middle is bad?

I have a diy also, and I tried Stuff from Home Depot called Liquid wrench. Dont use it it sucks! And it is kind of ironic b/c my dad is a manager at Lowes, hehe, as for your stuff, just make sure you read the labels really good for oils, etc. :)

I use Liquid Wrench and it works just fine for me. :x

and video says its bad.
