I need a place where I can do stuff, so I might as well make an introduction (almost 2 years after I joined)

Name: Søren Schmidt
Age: It changes all the time, but 41 at the moment
Job: Plumber
Family: 4 sons (age 17, 15, 6, 5) 1 wife (known her since 1991, got married in 2000)
Cubing since: Nov. 2010 (I'm old enough to have owned an original 1980's Rubik's cube, but I don't think I was able to solve it at that time) I got into cubing when I saw some asien guy solve a cube in 10 sec on Youtube and thought "How is that possible?!? I want to learn that too" I know that my worn out fingers will never get me consistant sub-10 solves, but it is still fun to solve puzzles. I also saw a video of Will Smith solving a cube in 55 sec, so beating that time was my first goal ( later I found out that he only solved LL in 55 so I have been faster than him for a long time).

I don't practice, I just do the solves in the different competitions on this site. Sadly, I have become slower(might have something to do with the first sentence)

So, I decided to time the different parts of my solve to see what could need some improvement.

CSTimer has the option to press space up to 10 times to time different stuff.

Mine was a DIY without torpedoes, so it might be batch2.
I had it very tight when I assembled it. I had to make the last side a lot looser to fit the pieces in. Then I loosened all side and did some t perms. Then i tightened until it didn't pop too much.
 
Okay, I just loosed the tentions up to the point where they do not pop. (This cube can get very loose without popping).

First 12 (CN) solves:
