Ruined vcube 5

Hi, I have a vcube 5. It comes prelubed and work perfect. I had never take the pieces apart till when 3 pieces got stock. Then I was force to reasemble. I put everything in the right place but the cube start clicking in the outer layers and got very hard to turn. I reassembled four or five times, with Du pont lube, without it, cleaing all the pieces with water... also I did what MeMYselfandPi video (cutting the imperfections and sand them down...)
The core with the "screws" attached turn really well, fast and smoth. When is half assembled too, but the problem is with the cube 100% asembled.

I really dont know what to do. Its nearly impossible to play with it.

I think its the lubricant you used that messed it up.

Thanks for the answer, but the first and second time that I reasembled I dint use any lubricant or clean it. I just put the pieces back together 2 minutes after I disassemble it.

Make an adjustable core for it, if all else fails.

I cleaned with isopropilic and etilic alcohol and shoved down piece by piece. Now its better, i will wait for the Maru lube I order.
What core can I use? Its the C4U core, springs and screws suitable to change these parts?
