I maybe ruined the pyra's luckiest scramble ever.

Bruh...
(Definitely the luckiest solve I ever get and I ruined it with the lockup and +2. LITERALLY THE TWO FLIP!!!)

Scrambled it with green faced me, blue left and green right (turn the l and b tips, can't turn u because two tips only, so the result is just for reference. ), right hand holded the place which shall have the tip.

In reality, the scramble you got is the best scramble for Beginner's method. I was only able to do this scramble in 1.59 seconds. If you use L4E, there are much better cases than this. So, the scramble you got was good, but I wouldn't call it the luckiest.
