[Unofficial] Rubik's Mirror Blocks - 35.44

Haven't seen Mitchell here for a long time. Good to see you. Are you going to VA open?

Thanks!

I usually check this forum a couple of times per day, though I don't post that often. anyway, I will be at the VA Open, and look forward to seeing everyone there.

I totally agree with the F2L being the hardest part. Over the Essen weekend I did a lot of solves on a cube Michal Halczuk had which just had a different blue symbol on each face. OLL and PLL were easy to recognize if you knew what symbol was on U and what was across from what, but F2L was much much harder because you had to actually find the pieces instead of just seeing them there. Incidentally I got down to about 26 seconds single on that, so maybe if I had a good Mirror Blocks...

Thanks for your kind comments everyone. At the moment, I find F2L to be generally more difficult to recognize than OLL/PLL, though there are some tricky LL cases that are also somewhat difficult to recognize (especially the PLLs with no blocks such as E, H, and Z). Also, higher turning speeds on this puzzle are harder to achieve simply because of the varying shapes and sizes you'll encounter while performing an algorithm, in contrast to the uniform cubies of a 3x3x3.

I tried solving my friend's and I must say, it was harder than it looked. Well, not hard, but recognition took forever.
