Rubik's DIY Falling appart

So I've been using the same cube for a while now, and it keeps falling apart on the red side whenever I am completing the final layer. The entire side almost is falling off. Do you think this could be a problem with the tension on the red side, orange side, or a core problem? Sorry in advance if this is something that shows up a lot, the only threads I found were about specific cubes and this wasn't one so I figured that hopefully it won't anger too many people. Also, its only the red side doing this.

The screw is probly stipped, or its an problem with the core. I have an problem like that with my rubik's diy, and i completely dissambled it, and given it a bath, and its was good. For a reason its worked, but don't mean that its gona work for you. But you can give it an try.

If its the core then threadlocker in the core usually cures problems like this I think!
