Robert's OH algorithm discoveries

I’m told to learn this alg: R' U' R U' R U R U' R' U R U R2 U' R’
Not sure if this is the best Z perm alg for OH
I may not be the reference but that is the one I also use and an H-Perm that is quite similiar to the video but with the single U moves at an other place.

My problem are currently some OLL cases I used to solve as lefty.
A couple of simple L/L' turns are OK but the wide "l" make me problems and if there are too many L
So I have to relearn them or use 2 step oll for these.

OLL10 (Lefty-Kite) has to many lefty moves and is to deep in my musce memory.
OLL14 (Gun) has too many wide moves and I can't get the alternative into my brain 😋
OLL29 (Awkward) has to many lefty moves and is to deep in my musce memory.

It's only these 3 but I always mess them up. I should finally lern them before my next comp
Edit: Now i have a Post-It with these 3 algs on the back of my smartphone and whenever I touch a cube I do them a couple of time before scrambling. Some of the alternatives are even easier than the ones i've learnt before 😆
OLL 10 and 14 are even related. When I do 14 first, I get 10, then I can do 10 to solve the cube again 😎
