Removing lube

Righto, currently I got my cube lubed with vaseline, great stuff, but it's getting kinda rougher again (some dust got in & stuff...), so I'm planning on relubing it.

Now do I just put more in, or so I clean it out first? If so, how? I read some stuff of just putting the cube in a pot of almost boiling water so remove it, but are there "better" ways? lol.

I wouldn't recomment vaseline for lubing cubes mainly because it causes the stickers to wear out faster. Silicone sprays are the best when it comes to lubricating your cube with.
