Remove the tabs on the type A third model?

I've had the third model for two weeks so far, and it plays pretty decently, but i've been hearing that it plays better when the tabs are sanded off or removed. Should I remove the tabs, or just leave them in there? One of them broke off already.

it's the white cube. does it make much of a difference?

i have a type A 3rd model but i havent finished assembling it..it lacked a screw when i got it *sigh*

ima try replicating the one of the screws in it and when im gonna finish assmebling it, im also planning not to put the tabs..most people say its better without them.
