Hi, I am not new to cubing, just to this site, however, I was attached to using beginners method to solve 2x2 and 3x3, but in the last few days I decided to pick myself up and learn crop, and to maintain this while translating it into 2x2 as well! I think I'm progressing quickly, I dropped at least 10 seconds in 4 days doing this, and I'm only know 4 advance all algorithms, I do plan on learning all of them though, and maybe all of the olls if I don't melt my brain...

My mains are a dayan zhanchi 2x2, a fangshi shuangren v2 3x3, and occasionally I use my shengshou 4x4.

No, it's only logical to learn CLL first.
Stop trying to confuse beginners. Don't learn CLL yet. It has 42 algs, so just try to start off with Ortega now like TDM said. For 3x3 basically all you should do right now is learn two look OLL and two look PLL. Also learning intuitive F2L will be very helpful to start leaning now.

Is a beginner with not much knowledge of 2x2 methods going to know that it's sarcasm?

No from the first post maybe, but after the barrage of complicated sounding methods, it was pretty easy to infer...

Let me just clear it up. Regroove23, learn Ortega, all the other methods mentioned are currently irrelevent.
