I realize now that I've improved quite a bit since I last posted a video of myself solving, and I switched to CubeMania! (yay!) -- Hopefully now people can better analyze my solves since I turned the stupid timer around... xD

NOTE: I realize that I suck at crossbuilding and F2L, I really really am working on fixing these, since I can SOMETIMES do a BLD cross and sometimes build an X-cross depending upon the scramble...

I just can't figure out how to mentally block out the yellow cubies; they blind me into thinking i have to insert THEM (which is the cause of my lag :(()

If you notice, I also switched the 2-look PLL CCW and CW corner swaps with the T-perm, since I can perform it MUCH MUCH faster, and i think it's actually quite useful for setting up a nice CCW or CW edge swap to finish...

Yes, the first one was lucky; FIRST lucky almost sub-30 solve EVER using Fridrich; I'd say "it's about time", but eh.

That's good, to be using 2-Look PLL. So the next obvious step is... (keep) learn(ing) your PLLs! :P

It helps to have a blank (no stickers) cube, so that you can replace the yellow side with the black cubies. The would help you further block out those piece, and it may also be the only LL skip you ever get. ;)

In due time/with more practice, you'll be eliminating the yellow stickers and pieces containing them very soon.

P.S.: I hate when I form a yellow pair, as in an F2L pair if were to do a white cross. They throw off my focus badly, and anger me... but other than that, blocking out the yellow comes with practice.

*sigh* I hope so...
The only sub-30 solves I get are ones where the pairs almost come together BESIDE each other, correctly or incorrectly oriented (it's the ones at BL and BR that screw me up the most, since I FOCUS ON THE STUPID YELLOW EDGES and I can't forget where they are, all of a sudden... :\\).
