Hello all! Here is a video I got requested to do. Raiden was originally an arcade game ported to various consoles throughout the years. Raiden IV is the latest installment.
It s a top-down shooter (similar in nature to Ikaruga). I have only had this for a week or so, so I am still very poor at it, but I will improve. (sorry for the quality. it is sped up in the beginning to get to the boss [I am reviewing a replay of a run I did like an hour ago]. I slowed down some parts for emphasis, like during the boss' final stage of super spamming lol)

You can choose from two types of purple in the beginning: one that chains from enemy to enemy, or one that just tentacles everywhere (like in this one lol). You can play as the old MK-II ship, and it's weapons are a tad different and bombs as well, as well as a fairy who shoots purple bubbles T.T lol!
