Racing to 10 second avg

I am at a 15 second average and I am struggling to get to 10. Can anyone help me? I also am using fridrick F2L and I know full PLL and OLL.

I am at the 13 second mark and I have noticed the way to get better is to optimize all F2L algoriths, have as fast of recognition as possible, look ahead, be able to do your algs at full speed without locking up or popping...

Oh yeah, I forgot the most important one, PRACTICE.

15 to 10 is a very big jump. Learn a lot of F2L tricks. Work on your look ahead and turning speed, and just practice.
