I'm wondering if anyone has noticed if the average times of all competitors changes at different competitions?

I guess the best example of what I mean is when the world record was broken, or any solve under 1 second say, since they all get the same scramble, do all the times come down? Or only for the people who are color neutral (therefore finding the most efficient way to solve) Two people who know full EG (I think that's what it's called) should both recognize the same solution, and then it's just a matter of who's faster at execution, no?

Might be, but it still depends in the same scramble what solution you choose, even between two pros who use the same method (Think Chris Olson's fail 1.29, or Cornelius' 0.84)
