Well if you need help you might want to post the current breakdown of your times....

Anyway if you haven't already, learn all of 2 Look OLL, and full PLL. Get your cross under 5 seconds and Look Ahead in F2L. I have a tutorial on Looking Ahead in F2L if you don't know what it is. Looking ahead is the key to getting your F2L fast. You can learn other stuff for getting faster at Frdrich F2L but everything is based off of looking ahead. Getting good at looking ahead is extremely important.

At this point I wasn't worrying about my breakdowns, I just practiced and broke sub-30. I suggest you do that, and then work on F2L.
