Hey

For a newbie I would recommend:
3cycle: R U R' U R U R' (where U can be switched out with U' depending on if it's CW or CCW case )
2-flip: L R' L' R U' R U R'
Weird-case: L R' L' R U R U' R' (and mirror)

I'm using: (NOTE: I'm only performing 2-flip and mirror-weird-case around the U-center ):
3cycle: R' L' R' L R2 L' R' L
2-flip: L R' L' R [R'] L' R L R'
weird-case: R' U R L R' L' U' and R' L R L' U' L' U L U
