Hi.
I have been cubing for a bit over a year I think. I can't remember when I started. When I did start, I remember that I was sitting at my laptop from 12am-6am rage quitting that I couldn't solve it. With a bit of assistance from other people I know afterwards... I finally solved it. After like a month, I started to learn f2l... I wasn't really that good, I didn't know the shortcuts. I wasn't very efficient. It took time to adjust. It took a while to learn 2-look algs. Since i learnt from pogobat, I only knew the sune. I didn't even know the a-perm. Without watching a vid for an easier variation of 2 look PLL, i realised intuitively that i only need to learn 1 u perm and the a perm. But over time I learnt the u perms and the H perm. M slicing was really hard for me. I intuitively use my right ring and middle finger to use the m slices. [yes i'm weird for using my right hand] only problem is... for e.g. Z perm... M2 U M2 U M' U2 M2 U2 M' U2. it was very hard still because of how I do it... i needed to regrip. months later, I finally intuitively found out a variation easier for the right hand flickers. Then later i decided to learn full PLL instead of OLL as PLL only had 21. so i decided to learn them all. took me 4 days to learn all of them. i averaged 50 secs since then then 40 then 30..... then finally 20-30 secs is what i average usually. I will probably never plan to learn full OLL.
^^^ well there is my story of how i started cubing and yeah.
Puzzles i like : I really like 2x2, pyraminx and skewb.
I use the hoya method with 6-2 edge pairing on 4x4 and hoya 5x5 with 2 edges freesliced, rest is double paired (traditional hoya) [ yeah im weird for using hoya]
I wish I had a 6x6 and 7x7 but it's so expensive. I also wish i get sub 3 min on 5x5 constantly.
Now more about myself. Either than cubing, I like doing maths.
Now i have finished, this is me basically
