prizma puzzle timer with stackmat problem

i plug my stackmat in i change the setting in ppt (prizma puzzle timer) so that the stackmat will start the timer but it doesnt work
my stackmat works with CCT just fine but it doesnt work with PPT
plz help

Adjust the settings in Stackmat Timer Input Device.
