I just got a 25.99 3x3 single with white cross without turning yellow. J Perm's best is 29.96. Is this UWR (or WB, whatever)?

Well videos are what’s needed for proof so even if it was a UWR it wouldn’t count

Technically no proof is needed for UWRs, as they're unofficial. But keep in mind that when claiming to have gotten super-fast times, few people will believe you without proof and so the UWR won't mean much.
