Yes , I hadn't been practicing much , I didn't remember algoritms at 4 solves (19.27 , 19.25 , 21.08 , 23.26 ) , 2 weeks ago I have made avg of 12 and it was over 16...I hadn't "practicing" after WC

And the 12.27 solve in Hangzhou 2010 was a lucky and easy case
