This was traditionally called speedBLD, since the idea was to memorize the solve, pull on the blindfold, and then solve very quickly without pauses. It could result in very fast execution times, but obviously with very slow memorization times. Typically memorization ran near an hour, although even back many years ago I think a few people got down close to 10 minutes. So this is very possible, but it results in very slow times for normal 3BLD rules. It is a fun exercise, though - very much worth trying for the fun of it.
The way it is done typically is that you work out some of the moves, say the cross and maybe the first pair. Then you start over and find the pieces for the second pair you want to solve, and from the beginning trace in your mind where they will be after applying the moves through the first pair. Then you add the moves to solve those, and repeat through all the steps of solving. It's a straightforward process so it's not really that hard to understand. It just takes concentration and dedication to try it.
