I do N's first to get them out of the way then G. I then do algs that have right versions and left version. Do all the left versions then right versions. Then finish up with all others.

It doesn't matter the order. I do mine alphabetically, just for fun. I used to group it into 5 sections that would each solve the cube. Actually, for the PLLs I use, going alphabetically solves the cube.
