Hi guys, i'm starting to have a look at PLL after having learnt F2L. After looking at several sites i'm having trouble identifying cases. This is an example case that i couldn't seem to place, am i missing something?

Its a 3-cycle of corners to me.
You could align the 2x2x1 block and recognize it as an A perm.

After you align the block, hold the cube so that the movement of the corners matches the picture, then do the algorithm: R' F R' B2 R F' R' B2 R2

I confirm.
Do a U' turn and cycle 3 corners.

Wiki gives these options:
* R' F R' B2 R F' R' B2 R2
* (x') R' D R' U2 R D' R' U2 R2
* (x) R' U R' D2 R U' R' D2 R2
* (y' x) L2 D2 L' U' L D2 L' U L'
* (y2) (L' B L') (F2 L B' L') (F2 L2)
* (y2 z) F2 R U2 R' U2 F2 L' U2 L U2
* (y z') U2 R U2 R' F2 U2 L' U2 L F2
* R' U2 R2 U' L' U R' U' L U R' U2 R
* (y) R2 F2 (R' B' R) F2 (R' B R')

I use: l'UR'D2RU'R'D2R2
