PLL Edge-Corner Duals: Kind of fun. And duals tend to be related or (to me) have a very similar sense to them... Does anyone see some use to this? Obviously, you can't, say, trivially convert any alg into one for its dual, but maybe there's something else interesting...

U cw - A cw
U ccw - A ccw
H - H/X
Z - E
[A cw - U cw]
[A ccw - U ccw]
[E - Z]
T - Y
[Y - T]
J - L
[L - J]
Rr - Rl
[Rl - Rr]
F - V
[V - F]
Nr - Nl
[Nl - Nr]
RLG - FBG
RBG - FLG
[FLG - RBG]
[FBG - RLG]

(If you don't get it, look at PLL cycle diagrams.)

I've never actually gone through and timed all my PLLs, but just glancing at your list, I 'd have to disagree with this one:
Rr - Rl
[Rl - Rr]

One of my R's is probably 2x quicker than the other.

Okay... there is a similarity.... but I don't see a point to it. Perhaps that is what Lucas was asking in the first post--is there a use to recognizing these "shapes"?
