Please Help

I have been searching for a long time to find a faster method for solving a 3X3X3, but half the things I find have different letters such as, "C" and "X."
Or they leave out algorithms that are necessary.

My average time is about 1:25.

more specific? how are you solving now? what exactly are you looking at the says "C" and "X"?

Also, I wouldn't necessarily be looking just for a "faster" method. You probably want to be working more on perfecting your current method and changing it slightly by adding certain things rather than learning a completely new method.

edit: I want to add, "x" usually means a cube rotation if you're looking at a specific algorithm. In that case, I don't know what "c" would mean... again I don't know what you're looking at. If these are appearing in algorithms you should probably be searching for a cube notation page.

C in an algorithm mostly means Cube, so CR means turn the whole cube like an R move (basically the same as X from the XYZ notation)
