So I'm at the point where I'm finally starting to break 1min on a somewhat consistent basis. What have I realized thus far? My F2L sucks and I lack Petrus finger tricks. I've been trying out some new things with F2L like keyhole and breaking the holy block so hopefully I should see some improvement. But are there any videos of Petrus finger tricks out there? The only ones I've seen are for Sune. My Nicklas, Bert, and Arne are pretty bad.

On a side note, what is your cube tension preference? I think I need to adjust mine as I currently keep it quite loose and find it tends to pop when I go fast on some of the LL algorithms. Is there any particular reason for your preference?

There is no such thing as petrus finger trick.. Finger tricks apply to every method.

I just played with my tension until I found the right one, it took a little bit of time, but it was worth it.

I know finger tricks apply to any method. But since I'm using the Petrus method, I'd like to focus on the commonly used algorithms for this method before I get into the finger tricks for other methods. I've seen plenty examples for Fridrich but close to none for Petrus.

And if that wasn't clear, I'm seeking some examples of fingers tricks for some of the commonly used LL algorithms in the Petrus method (Nicklas, Bert, Arne, etc). Lars has an example of his way of doing Sune on his website, and something like this is what I'd refer to as a Petrus finger trick.
