Oh, so you're the person who thought they invented LBL and called it the "Flay Method."
Stop stealing other methods. I already pm'd you on youtube about it, and I thought you understood. Also, the average of 5 you posted was obvious cheating, and I wasn't the only one who noticed. IFM = Polish V. FM = LBL. Get over it.

No, it's not. This is how anyone fast does the first step. I'm assuming you think in LBL you solve the corners of one face aka "the radioactive symbol", then insert each edge. Noone fast does his. Everyone fast and most others too use this starting, or atleast similar.

Is this method hard to learn? How much alg?
 
Does somone can explain in words what is the OKA METHOD, and what is the things we do move by move in generally thank you.
